- Mighty Earth filed a complaint on peatland development by Alam Kusuma Group for two of its subsidiaries, PT Kusuma Alam Sari (KAS) and PT Sawit Jaya Makmur (SJM).
- KPN Corp’s subsidiary PT Graha Agro Nusantara (GAN) purchases FFB from Alam Kusuma.
- Astra Agro has no direct relationship with PT GAN although KPN is a direct supplier.
- Astra Agro has contacted KPN to clarify the allegations, but as of the end of this month, the investigation is still ongoing.

- Astra Agro has an online discussion with KPN Corp to discuss the allegations related to Alam Kusuma supplying FFB to PT GAN.
- KPN informed that they have tried to approach both companies (PT KAS & PT SJM) but did not receive a good response, so KPN decided to temporarily stop purchasing FFB from Alam Kusuma Group.
- In the meantime, Astra Agro continues its partnership with KPN Corp on CPO trading.
