- The land clearing did occur as reported by Mighty Earth. However, the cleared area is classified as low priority patch forest based on the results of the HCV and HCSA study that had already been conducted.
- The HCV assessment was conducted in 2014, the HCS study in 2015 and another HCSA in 2016 in order to re-align the HCS study with the updated HCS Approach.
- Allegation is unproven, and case has been closed.
